information provided by you and is subject to change based on a full property
evaluation

6. No Obligation
You are under no obligation to accept any offer made by Sell Fast Valley Inc. Similarly, Sell
Fast Valley Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or alter an offer at any time before a binding
contract is signed.
7. Closing Process
- Inspection: Sell Fast Valley Inc. may require a property inspection before finalizing
the sale. Any issues discovered during the inspection may affect the final offer. - Closing Date: The closing date will be mutually agreed upon. If the seller fails to
meet the agreed-upon closing date, Sell Fast Valley Inc. reserves the right to cancel
the transaction.

informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in
accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
